Projectors, screens, TVs, and LED walls sized for Syracuse meetings, ceremonies, and live events.
Screens sized for the room
Service overview
If the audience cannot read the screen, the message is lost. We provide media display for Syracuse events where slides, video, sponsor content, and live camera feeds need to stay clear in ballrooms, campus rooms, theaters, and large venues.
We choose projection, TVs, or LED based on room size, ambient light, sightlines, and the content you need to show.
What's included

FAQ
Common questions about media display for events in Syracuse and Central New York.
6 questions
Projectors work by throwing light onto a screen, they struggle in bright ambient light and require a clear throw path. LED walls are self-illuminated panels that are extremely bright, work in any lighting condition, and have no throw distance requirement. For large stages, high-ambient-light environments, and events where the display is a centerpiece, LED walls are typically the better choice.
The right display size depends on your room dimensions, the farthest seat from the screen, and your content type. Share your venue details and guest count and we'll recommend the right configuration, we do this regularly and know what works in different space types.
